By creating an account or using CueBench (the "Service"), operated by CueBench ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CueBench analyzes your AI coding session logs and provides scores, timelines, and coaching across four AI-fluency skills. The Service is currently a developer beta: features may change, break, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your workspace API key confidential. You must be at least 16 years old.
You retain all rights to the session logs you upload. Uploaded files are processed to produce scores and insights and are deleted after scoring; we retain the derived results (scores, insights, timelines including short excerpts of your prompts) as described in the Privacy Policy.
As a beta participant, you agree that we may use your usage data — including scores, session telemetry, and short prompt excerpts — to operate, evaluate, improve, and train the models that power the Service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the raw session files you upload (which are deleted after scoring) for training. You can remove your data at any time using "Delete my data" in Settings, which also removes it from future training sets.
You agree not to: upload content you lack rights to; attempt to access other users' data; probe, disrupt, or overload the Service; reverse engineer the scoring models; or use the Service to violate any law.
The Service, including its models, scoring methodology, and interface, is our property. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service during the beta.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Scores and coaching are informational and not a professional assessment of any person.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
